Here in Edibles, we see food as the cornerstone of the sensory riot that is Hawaii. That honor has some tough competition: the salt air and the sun, the golden beaches and green mountains, the flowers, the girls… But we know our priorities. When it’s time to belly up to the groaning board, all such distractions take a back seat.
